Travel on I-235 W for about 6.5 miles and use the right 2 lanes to take exit 124 for IA-141 N/Urbandale. Keep left at the fork and merge onto IA-141 N/Urbandale, staying on this route for around 2.9 miles. Take the exit for 100th St and turn right onto 100th St, continuing for roughly 1.1 miles.
